We have learned that some people have received a letter purporting to invite them to COP30, sent from [info[at]unfccc-int.org] and directing replies to [participants.registrations[at]unfccc-int.org]. These messages, which may seek to obtain money and/or in many cases personal details, are fraudulent.

They use a look-alike domain and are not from the UNFCCC. Official communications from the secretariat come only from addresses ending in@unfccc.int(without the hyphen).

If you receive such a message, please do not reply, click links, or send any documents or funds. Delete it and, if you have already engaged, discontinue contact. When in doubt about the origin of any communication, please write tosecretariat@unfccc.intto verify its authenticity. Please share this warning to help prevent further abuse.
